All due to lies and corruption.
What happened? A pastor began dating my daughter, then convinced her that I am secretly a CIA assassin who wants to kill him, kill her, and go to their church and harm hundreds of children. (Who even thinks like that?) I was unaware of these things being said and did not know until they filed for a Harassment Restraining Order against me. I planned to ask for a trial where I would present evidence to prove those claims are lies – however, their attorney told me that if I fought this, that it would harm my daughter’s credibility. She is a nurse, and he said this would be very bad for her. Out of love and care for her, I accepted the HRO without finding of fact. I later learned the attorney lied to me.
Then the court referee LIED about me – literally lied in order to find me guilty of violating the court order. This is fully documented and undisputable. Where is the justice for my family? Apparently, it’s not available in Ramsey County.

I tried 15 times to make peace and to have a relationship with my daughter. The pastor refused every time, then convinced my daughter to join him in filing a Harassment Restraining Order against me. My family had questions about what happened. In an effort to answer all of their questions one time, I previously made a video and uploaded it to a hidden and password protected page. Video 5. A Visit to the Sheriff’s Office
Today’s video is a quick one – but nonetheless powerful, and an important part of the story.
After accepting the HRO, again based upon a lie, I went to the local Sheriff’s office and asked for help.
I presented to them all the information that I have in as straightforward and honest way possible. They interviewed me and their conclusion is that I am innocent, and if the court would refer this back to them, they would complete their investigation and likely put the pastor in jail.
Video 6. The Protest (that never happened)
My sister wanted to find a way to help me with the situation concerning my daughter. Her idea was to form a peaceful protest at the pastor’s church.
I said no, several times and asked that she not do anything. But she was insistent and even looked up the laws concerning a peaceful protest. I eventually said OK. But I made it abundantly clear they must be peaceful, and I would not participate.
